Are walk-ins welcome?
Walk-ins are welcome however we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available per time slot. We do encourage to purchase tickets online ahead of time to ensure entry due to capacity limit. We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards and Cash as form of payments.
Do I need tickets if I just want to watch
Yes, all guests will need to pay an admission fee.
When do I arrive? Is there a time limit?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your time slot to allow for check-in.
Where do I park?
Onsite parking is available for our visitors.
Are you pet friendly?
Please no pets.
Can I bring my professional camera?
Professional camera is allowed however no equipment or large bags allowed inside.
Is food allowed inside?
No food and drinks are allowed in the museum.
Are there discounts for big groups?
Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 10 or more people. Please contact us for details.

What's your cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule for a different date/time at no charge, space permitting.
